Zargon text messages from Mitchell Feiger. Effective September 30, 2026.

The program

Zargon is the automated personal assistant of Mitchell Feiger ("Mitch"). From the phone number (239) 326-6833 it sends conversational texts to Mitch's personal contacts (friends, family, and service providers) to coordinate plans such as game nights, appointments, and reservations, and it passes replies along to Mitch. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent

You receive these texts only if you gave Mitch your mobile number and agreed, in person or by text, to receive texts from this number. Agreeing is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Most contacts receive only a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan for details.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Automated messages

Messages are written by an AI assistant on Mitch's behalf and can contain mistakes. Please confirm anything important with Mitch directly.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
